Start with the Beginnerset Reflected: it includes sizes S, M and L, so you can work out at home which size suits you.

Applying and wearing

Clean your nails with a prep wipe, pick the right size, stick on an adhesive tab and press each nail firmly for 10 seconds. You're done in under ten minutes, and there's no drying time. Avoid long contact with water for the first 2 to 4 hours afterwards so the tab bonds best. With the included adhesive tabs they stay on for 1 to 2 weeks, about 10 days on average. Soak them off gently and you can wear the same set 3 to 5 times. First time?
