You are done within ten minutes and there is no drying time. For the first 2 to 4 hours afterwards, avoid keeping your hands in water for long; that gives the tabs time to bond properly. With the adhesive tabs included, they stay on for 1 to 2 weeks, about 10 days on average, depending on your work and how often your hands are in water. Soft gel is flexible, so you can file them a little or paint over them, something thin false nails rarely handle well.
