Width per size
Each size runs from pinky to thumb: the first number is your pinky, the last one your thumb.
The sizes in the chart refer to the width of your nail. You choose the length with the shape.
Between two sizes? Go for the larger one; you file the sides down to size in a few strokes. Every set comes with 5 spare nails. Picked the wrong size after all? We exchange an unused set for the right size within 14 days; you pay the postage to send it back to us.

Royal Orchid

Every set is made by hand, one at a time, never mass produced.
Your shape, your size
Choose from four shapes, from short to long: Round, Oval Short, Square Short and Oval Long. Then pick your size: XS, S, M or L. That is the difference from a standard box of false nails: you decide what goes in your set. Measure the widest part of your nail before you order. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one; the sides file down easily in a few strokes.
Applying and wearing
Clean your nails with an alcohol wipe, pick the right size for each finger, stick on an adhesive tab and press each nail down firmly for 15 to 30 seconds. You are done in a few minutes, with no lamp and no drying time. For the first 2 to 4 hours, avoid keeping your hands in water for long; that gives the tabs time to bond properly. With the adhesive tabs included, a set stays on for 1 to 2 weeks, about 10 days on average, depending on your work and how often your hands are in water. Soft gel is flexible, so you can file them or paint over them, something thin plastic nails rarely handle well. Soak them off gently in warm soapy water and, with fresh adhesive tabs, you can wear the same set three to five times. First time? Not sure of your size yet? Measure first. If a set still does not fit, you can exchange an unused set for the right size or return it within 14 days; you only cover the cost of sending it back to us.

Attach the press-onHold it at a 45-degree angle and line it up with the glue. Press it onto the glue, slide it towards your cuticle and then press it down.
Press firmlyFrom the centre towards the edges, so air bubbles disappear and the bond is strong.
Avoid water for 2 to 4 hoursThis lets the glue cure properly and keeps your nails on longest. Washing your hands is fine, just postpone that long bath.

In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria and the United Kingdom your set arrives within 1 to 3 working days; in Italy, Spain and Ireland within 3 to 5 working days; everywhere else within about 7 working days. Shipping is free on orders of £45 or more; below that it's £3.95. Outside the EU we always ship DDP: all import duties and taxes are taken care of by us, so you never pay anything on delivery.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. We exchange an unused set for the right size within 14 days; you pay the postage to send it back to us. Returns are possible as long as the set is unworn and returned complete (original packaging, glue tabs, buffer, manicure stick and alcohol pads); return shipping is at your own expense.
