The sizes are XS, S, M and L. With false nails, measuring beats guessing. Measure the widest part of your own nail and hold it against our size chart. If you're between two sizes, choose M. For the first 2 to 4 hours, avoid keeping your hands in water for long, as that gives the adhesive tab the best chance to bond. The adhesive tabs included last 1 to 2 weeks, about 10 days on average, and the nails come off just as easily. Soft gel is sturdier and more flexible than the false nails you find on the shelf, so filing and painting over them is fine, and reusing them is part of the idea: with fresh adhesive tabs you can wear the same set 3 to 5 times. Just make sure your nails are dry and free of oil before you start, because that makes the biggest difference.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSize not quite right?
