The sizes are XS, S, M and L. With false nails, measuring beats guessing. Measure the widest part of your own nail and hold it against our size chart. If you're between two sizes, choose M. For the first 2 to 4 hours, avoid keeping your hands in water for long, so the tab bonds as well as it can. The adhesive tabs in the box hold for 1 to 2 weeks, about 10 days on average, and taking the nails off is just as easy. Soft gel is sturdier and more flexible than the false nails you find on the shelf, so filing and painting over them is fine, and reuse is part of the idea: with fresh adhesive tabs you can wear the same set 3 to 5 times. Do make sure your nails are dry and free of oil before you start; that makes the biggest difference.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNot the right size after all?
