Description

The Beginnerset Reflected is our set to start with: a nude shade with a mirror-like chrome shine, supplied with 30 nails in sizes S, M and L in one box. Not sure of your size yet, or need a different size on each hand? Start here: you can try them on at your own pace and you will always have spares left over.

What's in the box

This set is here to help you find your size. The nails have a soft gel base, are pre-moulded and then finished by hand with a coating, and we have given the cat eye effect an extra boost. Once you know your size, choose one of our premium sets: we build those layer by layer by hand from soft gel in our studio, just like a BIAB treatment, in your size and the shape you want.

Choose a shape, try your sizes

You choose one shape: Round, Oval Short, Square Short or Oval Long, from short to long. You get sizes S, M and L, so you don't need to know anything in advance. Measure the widest part of your nail and hold the three sizes against it. If you're between two sizes, choose M. Handy if you need a different size on each hand. Size XS is not included in this set; you will find it with our premium sets.

Applying and wearing

Clean, fit, stick on an adhesive tab and press each nail down firmly for 10 seconds: they are on in a few minutes, with no lamp and no drying time. For the first 2 to 4 hours, avoid keeping your hands in water for long; that gives the adhesive tabs the best chance to bond. The adhesive tabs included keep them on for 1 to 2 weeks, about 10 days on average, and you take the nails off just as easily. Reusing them is part of the idea: with fresh adhesive tabs you wear the same set 3 to 5 times. Do make sure your nails are dry and free of oil before you start; that makes the biggest difference.

Size not quite right? You can exchange an unused set for the right size within 14 days through our returns portal. You pay the return postage, and we always send your new size free of charge.

    Hold it at a 45-degree angle and line it up with the adhesive tab. Press it onto the tab, slide it towards your cuticle and then press it down.

  2. Press firmly
    Press firmly

    From the centre towards the edges, so air bubbles disappear and the bond is strong.

  3. Avoid water for 2 to 4 hours
    Avoid water for 2 to 4 hours

    This gives the adhesive time to bond properly and keeps your nails on longest. Washing your hands is fine, just put off that long bath for a while.

Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria and the United Kingdom your set arrives within 1 to 3 working days, in Italy, Spain and Ireland within 3 to 5 working days and everywhere else within about 7 working days. Shipping is free from €50; below that you pay €4.95. Outside the EU we always ship DDP: we take care of all import costs, so you never pay anything extra on delivery.

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. You can exchange an unused set for the right size within 14 days. Returns cost €4.95 and we send the new size free of charge. Start an exchange or return in our returns portal. You can do this as long as the set is unworn and complete (original packaging, adhesive tabs, nail file, cuticle pusher and cleaning pads).
