Thank you for your order with L'Adele.
1. Order Processing
All products are carefully processed and prepared for shipment.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are handmade and made to order, processing times may vary depending on demand, stock availability and production capacity.
2. Shipping Location
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We ship worldwide.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
The Netherlands
Within 1 to 3 business days after shipment.
Belgium, Germany and France
Within 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
All other countries
Within 2 to 14 days, depending on the country.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external circumstances, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free from €50 (or the local equivalent). Below that, you pay €4.95 (or the local equivalent). The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before the order is completed.
5. Tracking
Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, if available.
6. Taxes and Import Duties (DDP)
We ship worldwide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): all import duties and taxes are arranged by us. You will never pay additional import duties or unexpected customs clearance fees upon delivery.
Applicable taxes are processed in accordance with current regulations and shown at checkout where applicable.
7. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering correct name and address details.
L'Adele is not liable for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
We will provide reasonable support with delivery issues.
Once an order has, according to tracking, been successfully delivered to the specified address, further responsibility lies with the recipient, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
