Description

Dusty Rose press-on nails come in a soft dusty pink with a warm undertone. Romantic, calm and wonderfully wearable: the shade you reach for when you can't decide, and one you'll never regret. Lovely with a blouse at the office and just as nice with jeans on a Saturday.

What's in the box

Everything you need to get started is in the box:

15 handmade soft gel nails: 10 for your hands and 5 spares, in your size
150 adhesive tabs, good for several rounds
Nail file, cuticle pusher and 5 alcohol wipes

Choosing your shape and size

You choose the shape yourself: Round, Oval Short, Square Short and Oval Long, from the shortest to the longest. Then you choose a size: XS, S, M or L. False nails stand or fall with the right size, so measure first. Lay a ruler across the widest part of your nail and note the measurement. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one: the sides file down to fit easily.

Applying and wearing

It takes you about ten minutes, no more: degrease your nails, choose your size, add an adhesive tab and press each nail down firmly for 10 seconds. No lamp, no drying time. For the first 2 to 4 hours, avoid keeping your hands in water for long; that gives the tabs time to bond properly. Expect 1 to 2 weeks of wear with the adhesive tabs included, about 10 days on average. Because this is real soft gel and not thin false nails, you can file them, paint over them and simply use the set again after removing it, three to five times on average. To be honest, if you do a lot of washing up or cleaning you will get slightly fewer days out of them.

Size not quite right? You can exchange an unused set for the right size within 14 days through our returns portal. You pay the return postage and we send the new size free of charge. The colour can look slightly different from the photo depending on the light; that comes with handmade work.

Apply in 3 steps

Attach the press-on
Hold it at a 45-degree angle and line it up with the adhesive tab. Press it onto the tab, slide it towards your cuticle and then press it down.
Press firmly
From the centre towards the edges, so air bubbles disappear and the bond is strong.
Avoid water for 2 to 4 hours
This gives the adhesive time to bond properly and keeps your nails on longest. Washing your hands is fine, just put off that long bath for a while.

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Your set arrives in New Zealand within about 7 working days. Shipping is free on orders of NZ$90 or more; below that it's NZ$8.95. We always ship DDP: all import duties and taxes are taken care of by us, so you never pay anything on delivery.

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. To start an exchange or return, email support@ladeleofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your set. You pay for the return, and if you need a new size we send it free of charge. You can do this as long as the set is unworn and complete (original packaging, adhesive tabs, nail file, cuticle pusher and alcohol wipes). Is something wrong with your order, for example faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? Email the same address and we'll put it right at no cost to you. Read the full returns policy.
