We make reasonable efforts to present products, images, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour, finish or detail may occur due to handcrafting, screen settings or production processes.

3. Right of withdrawal and made-to-order items

For standard products from our range, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt applies, as described in our Return Policy.

Only products personalised at your express request or made to your specification (for example a custom design or non-standard specifications on request) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Once production of such made-to-order work has started, that order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are shown during checkout.

L'Adele reserves the right to change prices, offers or product information at any time.

Payments are processed via the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping information, estimated delivery times and additional conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
