Thank you for your order with L'Adele.

1. Order Processing

All products are carefully processed and prepared for shipment.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are handmade and made to order, processing times may vary depending on demand, stock availability and production capacity.

2. Shipping Location

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We ship worldwide.

3. Delivery Times

Orders to the United States usually arrive in about 7 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external circumstances, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping to the United States is $5.95 and free on orders of $55 or more. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Tracking

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, if available.

6. Sales Tax and Import Duties

Any sales tax and import duties for the United States are calculated at checkout, so you see the full amount before you pay. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): there is nothing extra to pay on delivery and no unexpected customs fees.

7. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for entering correct name and address details.

L'Adele is not liable for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

We will provide reasonable support with delivery issues.

Once an order has, according to tracking, been successfully delivered to the specified address, further responsibility lies with the recipient, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
